Appointments & Home Collection
Appointments must be booked in advance. Patients must provide accurate personal and medical information. VinCare reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to operational or emergency circumstances.
Payments
VinCare does not process online payments through the website.
Payments are accepted via:
- Direct payment at clinic
- UPI
- Bank transfer
- Cash (where applicable)
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation
- Home collection may be cancelled before technician dispatch.
- Equipment rental cancellations must be informed at least 12 hours prior.
Refunds
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- No refund will be issued once sample testing has commenced.
- Rental deposits will be refunded after equipment inspection.
Medical Disclaimer
Laboratory reports are provided for clinical reference only. Diagnosis and treatment decisions must be made by a qualified medical practitioner.
Limitation of Liability
VinCare shall not be liable for delays caused by incomplete patient information, events beyond our operational control, or misinterpretation of reports without doctor consultation.
Intellectual Property
All website content including logo, branding, design, and materials are the property of VinCare and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
